According to the production process, UV plates are divided into: Painted UV plate, metal UV plate, skin UV plate, glass UV plate, relief UV plate, spray painted UV plate and diamond UV plate.
UV plate is the plate whose surface is protected by UV treatment. UV paint is UV curing paint, also known as photoinitiator coating. The board formed by applying UV paint on particleboard, density board and other boards and then drying by UV curing machine can realize industrial production because of its easy processing, bright color, wear resistance, strong chemical resistance, long service life, high requirements for mechanical equipment and process technology, and has the characteristics of moisture resistance and deformation resistance.
In addition to various designs and colors of imitation marble and solid color, UV boards with log facing are also popular at present. There are many kinds of natural wood textures, significant decorative effect, high grade and can save decoration cost.
UV board can resist the corrosion of various acid-base disinfectants. The reason why the UV plate has the above characteristics is that a dense protective film is formed due to the chemical reaction between paint and UV. The distance between molecules of this dense protective film is very small, which is smaller than that of water molecules and acetic acid molecules. Therefore, it has the effects of waterproof and pollution resistance.
